Jaagruk Bharat is a private digital facilitation platform that assists citizens in accessing government
schemes, policies, and documentation services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable
to our facilitation fees charged for assisted government services.
Please read this policy carefully before availing any of our paid services. By making a payment on our
platform, you agree to the terms set forth below
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all paid services offered by Jaagruk Bharat, including but not limited to:
- HSRP (High Security Registration Plate) registration assistance
- Ayushman Vay Vandana Card application assistanc
- PAN Card application, correction or update services
- Duplicate RC (Registration Certificate) plastic card assistance
- Any other government scheme or documentation facilitation service listed on our platform
Important Note:
Jaagruk Bharat charges a facilitation fee for its assistance services. This is separate from any
government
fee or statutory charge. Government fees are non-refundable by Jaagruk Bharat as they are paid directly to
government portals/bodies
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation Before Submission
You may cancel your service request and receive a full refund of the facilitation fee if:

Your application has NOT yet been submitted to the relevant government portal by our team.
2.2 Cancellation After Submission
Once your application has been submitted to the government portal on your behalf, cancellation of the
facilitation service is not possible. However, you may still be eligible for a partial or full refund under
Section 3 below

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Full Refund Scenarios
You are entitled to a full refund of the facilitation fee in the following cases

Jaagruk Bharat is unable to submit your application due to a technical error or internal failure on our

Duplicate payment made by the user due to a technical glitch on our platform

The service requested is not available or discontinued by Jaagruk Bharat
3.2 Partial Refund Scenarios
A partial refund (of the facilitation fee only, not govt. fees) may be considered if:

The government application was submitted but rejected due to approval issues by the government
authorities
- The service was partially delivered and the user requests a refund for the incomplete portion
3.3 No Refund Scenario
No refund will be provided in the following cases:

The government application was rejected due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user

The user provided incorrect credentials or documents leading to application failure

Government fees already paid to the respective government body — these are non-refundable by Jaagruk
Bharat

The user changed their mind after a successful application submission
4. Refund Process & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed as follows

Refund requests will be reviewed within 2 business days of submission

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

UPI/wallet refunds: 5–7 business days

Credit/Debit card refunds: 7–10 business days

5. Fee Transparency
Jaagruk Bharat is committed to complete fee transparency:

All charges displayed on our platform clearly distinguish between the government fee and our facilitation
fee

- We will never charge hidden fees beyond what is displayed at checkou

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India, and governed
by the laws of the Republic of India.
7. Amendments
Jaagruk Bharat reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be notified to registered
users via WhatsApp/email and updated on our website. Continued use of our services after such notification
constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
