The AirSewa Portal is an online platform started by the government of India under the Ministry of Civil Aviation.   • AirSewa offers a convenient channel for passengers to lodge complaints, grievances, or feedback about their air travel experiences such as baggage mishandling, ticketing issues, or in-flight services, etc.

  • The application provides a public platform for people who want to have discussions about the Government of India’s aviation policies, experiences, feedback, etc. It helps create a community of travellers to provide insight into each other’s experiences.

  • The authorities check the feedback, suggestions, and complaints lodged by the travellers and then use this feedback to test the performance of airlines and airports, and their staff.

  • Additionally, the passenger can decide whether to complain about the application or social media. Passenger can also submit their grievances on Twitter or Facebook with the hashtag #AirSewa.
