How To Obtain A Jeevan Pramaan? Application Process

• Download the Jeevan Patra application or access the Jeevan Pramaan portal. In case you are unable to access them online, you can visit your nearest Jeevan Pramaan Centre. 

• Fill in the requisite information such as Aadhar number, Bank Account Bank Name, Pension Payment Order and mobile number.

• The next step requires biometric authentication by way of fingerprint or Iris authentication. 

• The Jeevan Pramaan Patra can be accessed and downloaded from the portal by providing the Jeevan Pramaan ID. 

• The Pension disbursing authority also has access to the Jeevan Pramaan Patra through the Jeevan Pramaan Portal and can use the same for the disbursement of pension.
