Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) took a major step to unite the government with citizens on 24th February 2025 by releasing the book "Meri Yojana – Kendriya Sarkar at Raj Bhawan in Dehradun. The Programme Implementation Department of the Uttarakhand Government under theirmetic direction created this publication which contains 384 schemes and services from 82 central government institutions operating in the state territory. Through this initiative, the government demonstrates its dedication to keeping operations transparent by better distributing important information.
Enhancing Accessibility To Government Schemes
The Governor stressed that developing government schemes is vital yet their actual execution among basic communities stands as the highest priority. The head of state affirmed that every member of society should obtain schemes effortlessly while taking part in state advancement. The latest publication emerged after the release of "Meri Yojana – Rajya Sarkar" during the 2023 – 24 fiscal year which listed schemes and services from 122 departments and institutions from state government administration. This latest edition of government initiatives presents citizens with a single organised platform of central government initiatives to improve understanding and ease of access.

The event showcased Deepak Kumar as the Programme Implementation Department Secretary along with Swati S Bhadauria as Additional Secretary to the Governor. At the same time, 82 central government institutions representatives from Uttarakhand attended including CBRI, IIT, IIM and CIPET.
