Step 1: Please visit the official website of the Voters’ Service Portal, and then click on the ‘Forms’ option.
Step 2: Register if you are not registered in the portal using your mobile number and then log in to the portal using your mobile number and password.
Step 3: Select ‘Form 6B’ and then select the state and your parliamentary constituency. Form 6B is a ‘letter of information of Aadhaar number for the purpose of electoral roll authentication’.

Step 1: Please visit the respective Booth Level Officer (BLO) of your area.
Step 2: Request the officials that you would like to link both your cards. i.e., Voter ID and Aadhaar.

Step 1: Please download the Voter Helpline App. It is available for both Android and iOS users to start the Voter ID Aadhaar link App process.
Step 2: After downloading the Voter ID Aadhaar link App, start the registration process using your personal details and set up a strong password.
Step 3: Log in to the app using your details and password, and then click on ‘Form 6B’. Form 6B is a ‘letter of information of Aadhaar number for electoral roll authentication’.
Step 4: The app will ask whether you have a voter ID card or not, to which please reply with ‘Yes, I do have a Voter ID card’ and fill in its details like EPIC number.
Step 5: Now, enter the details of your Aadhaar card, like the name on the Aadhaar and Aadhaar number, place of authentication, registered mobile number, and click on ‘done’.
