One of the micro credit schemes in India is the Micro Credit Finance Scheme launched by the National Safai Karamchari Finance & Development Corporation (NSKFDC) in collaboration with its state-level partner, Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance & Development Corporation (HSFDC).

Under the scheme, beneficiaries can draw loans of up to Rs. 1,00,000 to establish their own small and micro business units or other such self-employment activities for more income generation.
The loan scheme also provides its beneficiaries with a subsidy capped at 50% of the total project cost. The subsidy can go up to a maximum of Rs. 10,000.

Interested individuals are required to fulfil all the eligibility criteria of the scheme to start the Micro Credit Finance under NSKDC Haryana online application process. The criteria are as follows for one’s better understanding:
Applicants should be permanent residents of the state of Haryana.
Applicant’s age should be between the range of 18 to 55 years.
Applicant should either be a Safai Karamchari or their dependent. (Safai Karamcharis are those individuals who are engaged in the profession of sanitation)
Please note that the applicant will be required to submit a document to prove their employment as a Safai Karamchari or that they are a dependent of one. The document can be procured from government departments, like School, Colleges, Forest, Health, Education, Animal Husbandry having rank not less than Gazetted Officer), or by elected members of Municipal Body/ Corporation and Pradhan of Gram Panchayats, Local Revenue Officer or an Officer of Local Municipal Office, or Cantonment Executive Officer of the Cantonment or an officer of the Railways not below the rank of gazette officer.

Step 1: Please visit the official website of the Haryana Scheduled Castes Finance & Development Corporation, navigate to the ‘NSKFDC Assisted Scheme’, and click on the name of this government scheme.
Step 2: Click on ‘Apply for Loan’ to start the registration process.
Step 3: Register on the portal using your personal details like name, Aadhaar number, email ID, and mobile number.
Step 4: Validate by filling in the OTP and clicking on ‘Submit’.
Step 5: Please note down your username and password.

Step 2: Log in using your username and password and log in to the portal.
Step 3: After logging in, click on ‘Edit Profile’.
Step 4: Fill in all the required information to update your profile with correct and accurate information.
Step 5: Upload the required documents, if any.
Step 6: Recheck the information that you filled in and then click on ‘Submit’.

Step 2: Click on ‘New User’ to start the registration process.
Step 3: Register on the portal using your personal details like name, email ID, mobile number, and set up a strong and unique password.
Step 4: Validate by filling in the OTP and clicking on ‘Submit’
Step 1: After registration, log in to the Antyodaya SARAL Portal using your username and password.
Step 2: Click on ‘Apply for Services’ and then navigate to the ‘View all Available Services’ option.
Step 3: Search for the name of this government scheme and click on it. After clicking on the name of the scheme, an application form will appear on your screen.
Step 4: Fill in the application form accurately and carefully.
Step 5: Upload all the required documents, recheck the filled information, and click on ‘Submit’.
The loan applications will then go through a verification process conducted by the District Managers. After successful verification, eligible applicants will be sent to NSKFDC for sanctioning of their loan.
Please note that you can track the status of your application by logging in to the Antyodaya SARAL Portal by filling in the name of the department, name of the scheme, and your application reference ID.
