Step 1: Visit the RTI Portal

Step 2: Read the Guidelines
- Afterwards, a screen to guide the user on how to navigate the RTI Online Portal will pop up. To do this, one has to select the check mark box about compliance with rules and then click “Submit. ”
Step 3: Fill Out the Online RTI Request Form
- The following screen will enable you to choose the Ministry or Department you would like to make your RTI application to. Some fields are mandatory; others are common; these are signified with an asterisk (*).
Step 4: Provide Mobile Number for Alerts
