The Ashraya Adhar Scheme of Goa State Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporation, Department of Tribal Welfare, intends to assist the Scheduled Tribe (ST), people living in Goa and offers money help for reconstructing or upgrading their homes. Eligibility Criteria

• Proof of Age (Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, Driving License)

• Self-Affidavit on ₹50 Stamp Paper, notarised

• House Tax Receipt (latest, original or self-attested)

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from co-owner if applicable, on ₹50 Stamp Paper

• Income Proof (salary certificate, Form 16, or last six months' bank statement)

• Surety Documents (salary slip, bank statement, ID proof, and affidavit)

• Cost Estimate of Repair/Renovation

• House Photos (before repair/renovation)

• Aadhaar Card (self-attested)

• Passport-size Photos (two)

• Bank Mandate Form

Application Status Check

To check the state of the application that has been submitted, the District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO) can be contacted or it may be made in person to the office where the application was submitted.

Post-Application Procedure

After the application, an officer of the Corporation will check the physical location of the property. They will also send the documents and a verification report to the sanctioning authority for its approval. The corporation management will give out the loan in parts as earlier outlined upon approval.
