What’s New Happening In 2025?

• Mohaan Road Scheme: LDA will launch four new sectors under this scheme.

• New Jail Road Scheme: Awas Vikas Parishad’s new project will kick off on January 13, 2025, offering 2,000 residential plots in its first phase.

The plot sizes for the Jail Road scheme will range from 80 sq m to 200 sq m, priced at ₹23,000 per sq m.

Big Approvals Announced

The housing board has approved various important plans to enhance infrastructure and housing. With better facilities and development, these plans will assist many areas. Below are the main highlights of the projects that have been approved:

1. New Jail Road Scheme, Lucknow

• Location: Gosainganj, Lucknow

• First Phase: 2,000 plots available

• Target Launch Date: January 13, 2025.

2. Ghazipur-Mau State Road Land Development

This ambitious project will involve land purchase from farmers and village societies, with a total budget of ₹86,522.35 lakh. The aim is to speed up urban housing projects in the area.

3. Housing and Market Development in Pratapgarh

This project will span 151.72 hectares, covering multiple villages, and will cost an estimated ₹2,14,050.81 lakh. Development work is expected to be completed within two years.

4. Gorakhpur Road Land Development and Homeshop Scheme

• Area Covered: 204.73 hectares

• Estimated Cost: ₹3,78,161.64 lakh

• Breakdown: ₹3,08,884.99 lakh for land acquisition and ₹69,276.65 lakh for development.
