The Jharkhand State Food Security Scheme (JSFSS) is one of the welfare schemes provided by the state government to provide subsidised and free food grains to Poverty Line families. The scheme concentrates mainly on providing rice at subsidised costs to Green Card holders or ration cardholders who belong to the low-income sections of society.
