• An individual is only required to apply for a new PAN card under PAN 2.0 if the information in their old PAN card is wrong or not true anymore.

• When it comes to delivery of PAN cards, a standard fee of Rs. 50 is charged for domestic delivery and an extra 15 rupees is added to the standard charge for international deliveries.
