The Telangana State Government started the digital application procedure for the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025 on March 17, 2025. Financial assistance up to ₹3 lakh exists for youth who seek self-employment units through the programme under the Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme 2025.

Key Functions Of The Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme

The Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme provides major components that help young people establish self-employment units. The Sarkari scheme also provides financial backing through affordable loans which organise their funding into three different segments.

Category 1:

Loans up to ₹1 lakh with an 80% subsidy. The beneficiary or bank linkage will provide the 20% remaining cost of the project.

Category 2:

The financial support for Category 2 loans between ₹1 lakh to ₹2 lakh covers a 70% subsidy.

Category 3:

Loans up to ₹3 lakh with a 60% subsidy.

Application Deadline: April 5, 2025.
Application Scrutiny: April 6 to May 31, 2025.
